Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are generally processed instantly, though delays caused by payment gateways are outside our control. Withdrawal requests go through a verification process and are typically completed within 1–3 business days. Before an account is closed, the process to recover any available balance (excluding bonuses) can be initiated through the support team. Long-term inactive accounts may be subject to periodic maintenance fees, which will be communicated from time to time. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. A self-exclusion option is also available under our responsible gaming policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
